- Rock Crusher System.
Rock Crusher System
Mounted On Portable Semi-Trailer Unit
The system of this unit is designed to cause large volumes of rock or soil materials, nominally up to 3/8" to ½" aggregate (depending on hardness of rock, ie., granite, limestone, etc.), to be crushed into micron size, powder like material, in a very efficient manner. Crushing materials very fine, in order to liberate precious metals from them is the main purposes of this systems' design. This process is accomplished by regulating the positive displacement vacuum/blower air stream, to cause them to be crushed into micron size form.
This system is reproducible and could be designed and built in various sizes, to process as much as 24 tons of material per hour or more. The volume limits achievable are primarily determined by the size limits of a feeder system capacity. This prototype unit is equipped with a rotary feeder system with a capacity rating of up to 8 cubic yards of rock, soils, sand, etc. per hour, according to the manufacturer's specification.
One of the trade secret design advantages of this crushing system is, virtually no wear occurs to the internal parts and surfaces of the system. The main components of the system that may require periodic replacement are; the positive displacement vacuum/blower unit, two 5 HP motors, the rotary feeder and the canvas used in the collection bag house. The canvas is the only item that should require replacement with any frequentcy (perhaps every six months to a year), at a cost of perhaps $150 to $200, providing proper routine maintenance is performed on the system components.
There are NO jaws, balls or other crushing components, which virtually all other crushing systems utilize, that require frequent replacement (at great expense and downtime) in such a system, thus giving it great advantages over other crushing systems.
Descriptive information regarding portable rock crushing unit.
Fabricated & mounted on a 42 foot long, low profile semi-trailer chassis frame system.
Total Weight of trailer and unit is approximately 36,000 lbs.
Width of unit is 96 inches.
Unit is transportable legally, on highway, with a tandem axle semi-tractor (not included).
The main components of the system are:
One Sutorbilt Positive Displacement vacuum/blower unit, capable of moving up to approximately 1,700 cubic feet of air per minute, under constant pressure of approximately 12 to 15 pounds of pressure per square inch (psi).
One Rotary Feeder Unit, designed to feed up to approximately 8 cubic yards of soil, rock or sand materials of 3/8 inch to ½ inch aggregate size per hour, into the system.
One "Bag House" collection system, designed to capture and collect materials after processing through the crushing system.
One 200 horse power (General Electric), 3 phase, high voltage electric motor, which powers the blower/vacuum system.
Two 5 horse power motors, which drive components of the collection system.
One Electrical Control System housed in a secure high voltage electrical control cabinet.
Electrical system of unit requires power supply service by either, hard wired electrical service from power company, of high voltage, 3 phase power or, auxiliary power source such as; a diesel engine powered portable generator with minimum of 225 to 250 HP, which would make system portable and enable it to be moved to various locations.
- Purchasing Price is 2MM ($2,000,000) if they just buy the machine.
- $5MM ($5,000,000) for the purchase of the machine and intellectual property.
If you have a buyer that wants to put a small deposit to become my JV partner on the sale of the machine I will pay them 25% of the sale price
Yes a small deposit will give them 25% of the sale. A small deposit of something like $10,000
